My career began with hands-on experience at Huawei Technologies in Syria, where I developed my expertise in wireless technology 📶. I worked on the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Huawei wireless products, gaining invaluable technical skills. Later, at Syriatel, I took on the role of Core Planning Engineer. I was responsible for managing core product performance and engineering including BSS, HLR, and STP. By focusing on engineering and planning, I ensured signaling reliability and operational efficiency, which directly enhanced user experience and supported sales growth 📈.

Transforming Finland’s Telecom Networks

My professional growth proceeded in Finland, where I became part of major telecom initiatives.

Pioneering First Shared Network (MOCN) Implementation

At Huawei Finland, I was proud to be part of the team that rolled out Finland’s first Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN) 🔄. I played a key role in setting up standardized processes for base station installations and customer incident handling, which significantly improved efficiency. These efforts not only reduced costs for operators but also optimized network operations. I also conducted subcontractor training to ensure high standards in network deployments and management 🛠️.

During my time as a Network Performance Engineer at Huawei, I was responsible for analyzing network KPIs, resolving coverage issues, and ensuring that customer incidents were handled swiftly. These efforts directly contributed to maintaining reliable network services and keeping customers satisfied ✅.

During my time as a Wireless Engineer at Huawei, I contributed significantly to mega 5G swap projects for two of Finland's top-tier operators, Elisa and DNA. I played a key role in end-to-end installation planning quality audits. These efforts ensured that the projects were executed with precision, meeting high standards of quality and operational excellence 🚀.

Leading 5G Deployments

At Eltel Networks (Leading Nordic subcontractor), I had the privilege of leading one of Finland’s most ambitious 5G network deployment projects for major operators (Elisa, Telia, and DNA). As Planning Manager, I established and led a high-performance planning unit, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness 💼. By overseeing the design, licensing, and installation processes, I contributed to a seamless transition to 5G, improving customer experiences and delivering measurable value to the operators 📊.

My fascination with artificial intelligence began in 2010 during my undergraduate studies, where I focused on Neural Networks 🤖. For my graduation project, I worked on using computer vision and neural networks to classify products on a production line 🏭. That experience sparked my passion for applying AI to solve real-world problems 🌍.
